To Reduce maternal mortality and morbidity through quality prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
To Improve access to quality healthcare services
To Promote child survival, growth, and development through preventive and curative services.
Promote Family Planning and Reproductive Health
Ensure equitable access to maternal and child health services

Services under the Section

Antenatal Care Services: Regular check-ups for pregnant women to monitor health and detect complications early.
EMTCT Services: Provision of antiretroviral therapy and other interventions to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV.
Delivery care services: for safe and clean delivery practices with skilled birth attendant
Postnatal Care: caring for postpartum mothers and their children.
Referral System for Maternal Cases: Timely referral of high-risk pregnancies and complicated cases.
Family Planning Services: Counselling and provision of contraceptive methods
Immunizations services: monthly routine Vaccinations for all under five years children to prevent communicable diseases infectious diseases.
Growth Monitoring and Nutrition Counselling Tracking child growth and providing nutritional advice for mothers and children
Management of Childhood Illnesses: Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses like diarrhoea, pneumonia, and malaria.
